Independence Monument in Kobylanka.
On November 11, 2018, ceremonies were held in Kobylanka to mark the 100th anniversary of Poland’s independence and the unveiling of the monument. The author of the sculptural design of the monument: Dr. Tomasz Jędrzejewski, the author of the concept of the monument Mirosław Przysiwek, the contractor of the stone parts: the company of Mr. Korzeniewicz from Reptow.
The casting was made at Garstkastudio in Szymanow.
The monument is topped with a figure of an eagle. while the pedestal also has bas-reliefs. The crown of Boleslaw the Brave, an eagle from the time of Jan III Sobieski, an eagle from the time of Wladyslaw Jagiello, the coat of arms of Poland from 1919-1927, an eagle of Przemyslaw II, a Hussar and the swords of Grunwald.
