Dwarves of Wroclaw. Their history dates back to the 1980s, at which time an anti-communist movement called the Orange Alternative was active in Wroclaw. When the communist authorities issued an order to paint over anti-communist inscriptions that appeared on the walls, orange dwarves appeared on the paint stains in response.
