Mock-up of the City of Kietrz

The Mock-up of the City of Kietrz was created in 2017. The comprehensive implementation of the order included the execution:

1. Miniature mock-ups of the carpet that is part of the Kietrz market revaluation project in 1:2 scale in order to accept the casting concept,
2. A 1:1 scale model of the carpet mockup,
3. Cast in bronze carpet with a length of 3500mm and a width of 2400mm. The height of the rolled up carpet should be 450mm. The carpet casting shall be half rolled and half unrolled. From the center of the unrolled part of the carpet should protrude the blocks of buildings shown on the plan of the town of Kietrz from 1811. The only clear and main architectural element will be a church as well reproduced as possible. The height of the church building is not to exceed the rolled-up part of the carpet. The rest of the buildings and streets shown on the plan are to be symbolic.
